Return Terms and Policies

Once items have been shipped, no returns and no refunds also absolutely no refunds on customized items and personalized items under any circumstances.

If Items are Damaged Through Shipping. Items may be shipped back at customers' expense, and will be repaired. If unable to repair, exact item will be replaced and shipped to the same original address.

Refunds Will Not be Issued!

If purchasing a memorial tribute and having it being delivered to a local funeral home, we provide our handcrafted wooden easels to accommodate the tribute item. The tribute item will be provided with a wooden easel. The wooden easel does not come with the tribute piece. The wooden easel will be returned to The Paper Wreath Company.

(Delivery drivers will take care of wooden easels and delivery).
